Glass garage doors are constructed of a steel base which is covered by a wood-grain fibreglass mould, giving them the outward appearance of regular wooden garage doors. The fiberglass coating not only provides a stunning finish, but also strengthens the inner steel framework and provides a protective layer against the elements. If privacy is a concern, there are a number of ways to solve this issue. You can have the frosted or tinted glass garage doors, or go with an obscure or glue chip glass.
